Registered in 2026, built on a founding team with 12+ years of hands-on industry experience — SP Automation and Services manufactures industrial valve automation solutions for process plants across India.
Our story
SP Automation and Services was founded to close a gap our team saw repeatedly on the shop floor: process plants ordering valves and actuators from resellers who could not answer a single technical question about what they were selling.
We build differently. Every product that carries our name is machined, assembled and tested at our own facility — sized to your actual line conditions, not picked off a generic catalogue. Our founding team brings 12+ years of combined field experience in valve automation, which shows up in how we size, build and support what we manufacture.
With pan-India supply and support, we're committed to being a long-term technical partner for process industries — not a one-time supplier.

Where our products are used
Our valves and actuated assemblies run across a wide range of process environments — each with its own pressure, temperature and media requirements that we size and build for.
From raw material to dispatch
Incoming castings, forgings and bar stock checked against material test certificates before entering production.
Components machined in-house to drawing tolerances, then fitted and assembled by trained technicians.
Every valve is hydro or pneumatically tested against shell and seat test pressures before approval.
Coating, tagging and marking to spec, followed by export-grade packing.
Built in-house, tested in-house
Every batch that leaves our facility goes through a documented testing regime before it's cleared for dispatch — a valve that fails in the field costs far more than the extra minutes it takes to test properly here.
